  • How Do I use Coupon Codes?

 As part of our offers, we share coupon codes with you. On adding an item to your Cart ,view your ‘Cart’ before you proceed to Check Out. Enter your coupon code. Don’t forget to ‘Apply Coupon’.

These coupon codes are valid only for Online purchases.

  • How do I  cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and if it hasn’t been dispatched already.

After 24 hrs,  cancellation of an order is subject to our approval. If u want to cancel your order, drop an  e-mail at support@aksanajayjay.com with your order reference number. If your request is accepted, the amount can be given as a store credit or refund within 7-15 working days.

Shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
