Conditions for Returns & Exchange

Products can be exchanged within 48 Hours from the date of delivery, i.e. user have to give an intimation via an email to within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Customer satisfaction is our priority and if you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can get the product exchanged.

What you have to do in case you want to get your product exchanged?

You just have to send an email to us at within 48 hours from the date of delivery. We can’t bear a loss, so exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. You need to send back the material back to us within 7 days of receipt of the product using any courier of your choice. We will not be able to arrange for courier pick-up from any material that you want to exchange.

In what case you will get a refund?

  • Product was not available with us or was not dispatched.
  • Replacement was not available.

In which mode you will get a refund?

Refund amount will be credited to your bank account only. For that you have to provide your bank details to us by sending an e-mail at

Any charges in case of exchange?

You just have to send the original product to us and exchange it for same or higher amount. In case you choose a product with higher amount, you can pay the extra amount. The return shipment is to be borne by the customer.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore,  We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
