DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Charges: AksanaJayJay offers FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders. For orders from outside India,  fresh shipping  freights is charged per kg and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the total order parcel which is calculated at the time of checkout.  

Taxation & Duties: Please note that numerous countries charge varied import duties, customs charges and levies on packed   particulars. All similar fresh charges are to be directly borne by the client upon delivery. Hence, it’s judicious to check your country’s levies programs before placing an order with us because, once the order is placed, we don’t offer returns or cancellations for transnational orders.  

Still, under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges returns or payment refunds, if the client doesn’t accept or doesn’t pay any similar customs charges for their transnational orders. 

 Timelines: It takes us 1- 2 working days from the date of order placement to dispatch domestic as well as transnational orders.

Thus, in case you admit a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a videotape and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can post all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the foremost and settle claims with the payload agency.  

Process: Once you have placed an order, our system puts your order into the process. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery mates. After the order is dispatched, a unique shadowing identity number is transferred to you on your registered dispatch & mobile number via SMS. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier mate’s functionary website using the shadowing number.
